Overall, it a very nice facility since they did a renovation and was able to make the facility bigger and equipment more accessible. I just wish that more attention was focused on the locker rooms, in particular, the men's locker room. The locker room seems to stay unclean all the time, in need of sweeping, the vanities and mirrors are always messy with water and water spots all over them, and the area could use some air fresheners. (Maybe invest in the one's that does a timed automatic dispense spray every few minutes or you can set it to spray at certain times). Also, the showers, urinal, and stall area are in need of a good tile and basin cleaning and constant attention as well. I can always smell the mildew when I go into that area.

Location is great, but I wish they add 2 more smith press machines. The layout of the cable machines at doraville is a good example of space use.

What I like are the people… staff and most members at this planet fitness - I base this on other Planet Fitness’ within my geographical area. All the morning staff at the Smyrna Planet Fitness are friendly, considerate & responsive. Most members are fantastic; friendly and considerate of equipment (not hogging it) returning what they use ie weights put back after use and keeping it clean ensuring to wipe down after use. The facility is clean and inviting, machines could use more frequent service but as I understand it is a corporate decision as to how often and quickly maintenance is performed.
