It’s always clean but the best part is the staff, they’re always approachable and kind and really make it feel like a family owned gym. Honestly going in and interacting with them before and after my workout is a big reason I have not switched to another gym

Even though I miss seeing Joey in the morning, because he is my favorite person who works there, I thoroughly enjoy the environment and still am very happy to be going each morning. My only question is what is happening in that back area of the room where you can do your stretching? It's kind of taped off and it looks like maybe there was a leak. I'm not sure. Some of the area would be helpful to get to. Otherwise, I adore my gym!
