All of your planet staff members are great! My partner and I are a few of the people that do not take our phones to the gym. Therefore, we constantly have to check-in with the front desk. Everybody is always polite and friendly. One of your staff members really stands out for his positive disposition, when we check in the evenings. Unfortunately, I do not know his name (he has long dark hair). Also have you considered a location in Clairemont, CA? There is a huge location (used to be a Kohls) at 5505 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA 92111. I think would be great location for a new Planet Fitness.

This was my first visit to a Planet Fitness location outside of my home club, and the experience was fantastic. I was warmly surprised and welcomed by Crystal—who originally signed me up and has since become a manager at her own club. It’s inspiring to see that kind of growth within the team! Amazing people like her are what make Planet Fitness such a great brand. I’ve only had positive experiences here. I will be checking out other locations.

10/10 STARS ⭐️ One of the better planet fitness facilities in San Diego. I drive all the way from Eastlake/Otay to go to this location couple times a week. Other locations should follow example. The Staff are friendly. The Equipment is always well maintained. Crystal is very sweet and caring. She is always happy to help when I have questions or concerns. I absolutely love this location so much that I wish there was 24/7 access. (:

I looked at many Gyms around Pacific Beach and in the Clairmont area, close to where we live. I looked at Planet Fitness and made an instant decision to join, even though it was not close to me, 10 1/2 miles away. Planet Fitness was Clean, Smelled clean and not like sweaty bodies and dirty clothes live some i visited, Staff is friendly and seem to listen to any concerns, machines in working order, one machine I really like and use for at least 12 to 15 minutes a day is the Syi Fit, or also called New Step, there is one; bathrooms are clean. My experience there is very positive. I wish it wasn't so far away from where I live in Pacific Beach. I still try to come at least 4-5 times a week. I would like to put in a request for a Planet Fitness to open a new location in West Clairmont somewhere. Thank you.

You guys have the best employees at this gym. I go there 4-5 times a week and they are always so wonderful and keep the environment clean and safe. A couple months ago, I tried the LA Fitness gym to use a squat rack and it was so gross and almost all of the equipment was in poor condition. I ended my workout there in 15 minutes because I simply refused to work out in those conditions. I drove back to Plant Fitness on Scranton and thanked all the employees there for keeping the place so clean and beautiful. I cancelled my membership to LA fitness and am glad I kept my Planet Fitness membership the entire time because the PF ant Sorrento is my favorite gym in the world. There’s no other gym I want to go to at this point because of the vibe there. But please please please… I really really wish you guys can add a squat rack for barbell squats. I reminisce about the days when there was only the leg press but now there is the hack squat machine and I love using it just as much as I love smith machine squats and the leg press. As someone who’s been going to the Sorrento Valley Gym consistently for 4 years, a barbell squat rack or cage would be my dream! Two would be heaven. Also I love you guys and would happily promote both Planet Fitness Sorrento Valley and the company as a whole. I am also in amazing physique all thanks to PF so if you want some shredded buff guy to promote you, hit me up. Cheers, Suv
