What do I like? Practically everything! I think the equipment is in good condition and clean. I love the HydroMassager and that most of the staff knows which bed is my favorite. I think Crystal and Kai both do a great job and I'm always happy to see them. They genuinely make me feel welcome. I love that I can bring my husband as a guest EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's generous of PF. There's a big group of consistent members and for the most part, all are friendly and respectful of the rules and others. I like the availability of in-app workouts ... I just wish I had more time to dive deeper. There's a plethora of good stuff available. Thanks, PF

The machines and equipment are well maintained, your hours accommodate my earning morning routine, the gym floor is clean and machines in need of repair are addressed quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Men’s bathroom could use attention, I’ve seen the same Zyn pouches in the stained urinal for over a week. Very clean other than the urinal smell.

I work out early in the morning, where I enjoy the people most, and the availability of the equipment. Jim has kept clean, which I appreciate thank you! My only complaint is the men's lockers tend to get locked shut and become unusable. It would be helpful if the staff would check DAILY and unlock lockers so that they are available. Thank you!

Your staff at the gym has been fantastic, very helpful and engaging, such as Sye, and Kiem, among others. The gym is always clean and well maintained. I have been using the red light therapy also which has been great also. There are always plenty of attendants and rarely have to wait for help or service which is incredibly important to me. It's not overcrowded and plenty of workout machinery. Thank you!
