What I like about your club you got more equipment put together and two of each and your bathrooms are super clean. Front end customer service excellent. They deserve 1 million. Stars didn’t get no names but trust me they’re sharper what they do. They help me out whatever question I had And I appreciated that I want to thank him in advance Enrique Rosales.

Each and every visit to PF off Sorrento Valley Rd is very rewarding. The staff is very professional, pleasant and eager to assist. Most recently I came with a guest who found the environment very friendly and welcoming. And I am grateful for that because he had a long day and felt so refreshed afterwards. Thank you again for consistently exceeding our expectations.

The club itself is very clean and well kept. I really enjoy my interaction with the workers at Planet Fitness from the purple shirt workers to the black shirt workers. Every interaction has been very pleasant. The club so far has been great, I hop to see some additional machines to be added that I've seen at other clubs, such as the hip thrusting machine. Overall 10*************

I really like that Planet Fitness makes the gym feel welcoming and non-intimidating. The environment is clean, friendly, and it feels comfortable no matter your fitness level. I appreciate how affordable and convenient the membership is. The staff is always approachable and helpful, and I notice the effort put into keeping the facility clean and organized.

All the machines & the friendly Staff!! But… parking sucks. Stalls are too small & people do not know how to park. And since I’m kind of complaining (: there’s not much open space so when I see people just sitting on their phones for 15 minutes… next time I’m going to park my butt right next to them & maybe they will move. Or maybe I just come when it’s not so busy.
