I love Planet Fitness there's some awesome people that work there they're just so kind they keep the building clean and you couldn't ask for I just feel like home and love the one on Ireland Road and the one on Western because the people there are so kind that's how it should be treat your customers with respect and they do that on a daily basis with me thank you

When I first started working out here, it was a 24 hour 7 day a week facility, and now those hours have changed, and I can say, that's the one thing that discourages me. Also I have noticed a lack of cleanliness as of recent. The past 6 months or so it has dipped slightly. Paper towel dispensers have been empty a lot more recently, and some of the spray bottles have broken nozzles on them and leak all over your hand when you spray.

I love coming to this location. It’s always clean and at the times I go, never too crowded. It seems to be managed very well and the staff is efficient and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!
