The value prop is incredible. The South BLVD, CLT isn't the "best" PF I've been too. Having said that, I'm incredibly impressed by the enhancements made to the club over the course of the past 12 months. And while very anecdotal, my perception and opinion is that the South BLVD, CLT club is the best run/managed PF I've been to. The staff is friendly. They greet me on the way in and wish me well on the way out. The club is always clean and organized. Sabrina is the best, and it's clear her staff respects and appreciates her. From a distance she appears to excel at managing the club with grit and grace. Pay her more money!

The team at reception is top notch! They are so helpful! Always smiling! Always say hello. Always cleaning. And have no issue letting those braking the rules know to Knock it off. Before planet fitness I thought I needed to spend hundreds a month for a “fitness club”. The reality is, the best results I’ve ever gotten has been from the full line of equipment that this gym has. Free parking and I’ll never pay for massage again after finding the massage chair. I’ve visited two other PF in charlotte and this one is my favorite.

The parking lot is well-lit, the facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. Given the space available, there are a reasonably good number of machines, though things can get congested at peak times. My only suggestion would be to look into adding a second plate-loaded leg press machine. There’s only one in the gym, and patrons tend to spend a lot of time on it.

The place is always clean the staff is friendly and always on there job, I just wish there was time limit on machines because some customers just come and sit and hog machines for now reason just like the tan both and massage both have timers all machines should have max 10min time just a thought

I hadn't been there since November 2024 since I was in a hit-n-run accident and hospitalized over a month. I am so impressed with the renovation. Planet Fitness appears larger while utilizing the same space. Equipment was strategically placed to utilize maximum placement and usage. I still can't believe all the equipment and the "Jungle gym" in the front! I loved Planet Fitness B4 the transformation.....now I'm proud Planet Fitness thinks enough of it's members to create the best workout experience! Keep up the good work. Can't wait till I'm stronger & able to use all the equipment. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! YOU GUYS ROCK!
