Great staff very kind and always smiling when I walk in. Only suggestion is a bit more floor space for people to use dumbbells or adding a mirror near the stretching area.
The level of respect the workers have for you and everyone that comes to planet fitness. I like that they are always so nice and ready to help in any way they can. I always see them cleaning or getting more supplies I think they are very good workers.
Great staff....10/10...
We consistently get new equipment, Staff knows the regulars in the gym and fosters a welcoming, positive environment
Very clean as well and it's noticeable...moreso than other PFs I have gone to
Highly recommend.
Sabrina and staff are the best! The club is always clean, tighty, and the staff is friendly and attentive. My membership remains an incredible value. My only ask is a repeat ask. Please give Sabrina some signage to post in the weight/machine area reminding people to not sit and scroll/text on their phone, and to remind people that other members are usually waiting to get on the machine. For example, I’ve been in the club for 53 minutes. The same woman has been on the same smith machine since I got here and she’s spent the majority of her time using dumbbells and playing around on her phone. People suck. Help them suck less. Love you
!
As I said before, during busy hours, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, its very difficult to workout, not because of the number of people in the gym, but because many of them use the machines as chairs or beds to rest. Many of them chat for 15 minutes or more, texting or talking on their phones. While I'm doing 5 or more sets of 10 reps, they're still sitting there using their phones. I understand that the gym doesn't care because they're looking for the money. When I come to the gym, I know what I'm going to do and how long I'll be there. I don't come to socialize, much less talk on the phone. I leave my phone in the locker. I suggest that during those busy hours, you limit the use of the same machine to 15 minutes maximum. I have worked out for 48 years, I have been a serious and professional athlete for a while, I guarantee that 15 minutes per machine is enough to do at least 4 sets of 10 repetitions (not including treadmills or ellipticals).
sincerely: frustrated guy
I hadn’t been to the South Blvd. PF in awhile. I was so happy to see they have replaced their old machines with entirely new equipment. I’ll definitely be back.
