Facility is clean and well maintained. I’ve never been bothered by anyone when working out alone and love using the water bed, massage chairs, and red light therapy/total body machine!

I utilize the Neil Hawkins area PF and the staff are always helpful and friendly! I love the infrared stand up machine; which I call the "jiggle jiggle" machine because I cannot ever remember its proper name. LOL There's always a piece of equipment available to use without waiting and the gym is so clean which is a really big deal to me. I appreciate it greatly! Thank you PF for all you do!

Very friendly staff. Clean! One thing that bothers me is that it is not uncommon for some people to sit on a piece of equipment just sitting there looking at their phone. Not using the equipment but sitting there taking up time on a piece of equipment someone else would like to use. Drives me crazy!

PF Hoffman Rd. has been doing a good job lately. I think they could benefit from adding in more resistance machines. They did get a new lay-down chest machine, & hack-squat. - great! Another pec-deck would be appreciated, preferably one a little more ergonomic than the existing unit. An additional tip would be to install a couple of ceiling fans in the tan / hydro areas. It gets a little hot back there. Overall - friendly staff & great gym!
