I haven't gone in a long while because of covid but when I was going I appreciated the cleanliness, the feeling of no judgment (I'm no spring chicken), easy availability of equipment and help when needed. I just went to sign up again last week and staff was so helpful. I'm looking forward to restarting my fitness routine.

front desk people all nice and inviting. never have to wait for more than a minute for equipment. locker rooms large. I would like paper towels added to the bathrooms though! I am not a fan of the blowers to dry hands at all.

Clean facility wonderful staff Southbury location is a 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work. My only complaint is that a lot of the machines aren’t available because they’re broken down if that could be fixed that would be wonderful.
