24hours. I have invited people to come with me. Its tough to get people to come out, but that's ok. Staff is friendly, machines are well maintained as far as I can tell. I like to come in, do cardio(if I have time) and resistance training. No one really bothers me, and I don't wish to bother anyone else. I have a generally pleasant experience.
