I love the one out north off of sangamon Ave. The staff is always very friendly. The place is very clean. They have lots of different equipment to work out with. Plus I really love the massage and tanning beds. Plus if you want to shower after your workout they provide showers which is very convenient.

Only the price and some of the machines. I find the staff to be unprofessional as I have seen them be loud, cuss, and let their friends behind the customer service desk. The other thing I don't like is when members sit on the machines looking at their phones. It can be hard to use machines because of this behavior. Another problem I've had is people on the treadmill having their phones on speaker - to talk, watch shows, or listen to music. One time I asked an employee to talk to the guy next to me about turning down his sounds, and the employee ignored my request. It seems like signs with etiquette rules may help. I know there are some broad-spectrum signs, but they seem to be ignored.

I love planet! Always clean, good options of machines, and happy employees. After the remodel, I do wish scales were put back in the bathrooms! And I definitely think you should incorporate spray tans like I have seen other planet fitness locations use!
