All of the staff were helpful, fun, and friendly. I was not familiar with the equipment and wasn't able to download the app because I didn't have my Apple password. The staff was able to help me get logged in, set up on equipment and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Excited to be getting fit at Planet Fitness.

Good clean place to work out, thank you staff, with good equipment. Most of the people who come in are good. Some make a bess and breaks stuff. Your staff is helpful and works hard in particular with the last plumbing problem. You should thank them, a lot. Still love how clean the air is in the gym.

The young man running the front desk around 1:00 pm today was very professional - he greeted me, apologized for my having to wait while he helped a couple of other members in line ahead of me and his overall manner was pleasant and polite the entire time, not just with me but I observed this in his interactions with the members in line ahead of me as well.
