While I will continue to recommend PF in Springfield VA, I do have to say at times there are some nagging issues. At this writing I know of only one apparatus that is in need of repair. The "Roman Chair" in the Abd workout room has the left arm rest in need of a bolt, The arm rest is loose. There is occasional trash laying around the facility (mostly paper towels dropped on the floor) and I realize that the attendants cannot walk the floor non-stop as they are needed at the counter, but when I go at 8am and the facility has only been open for two hours at that time it is a bit of an annoyance. Sometimes the paper towel dispensers are already empty at that time. I will give the morning staff kudos as they do greet all customers upon arrival and are attentive to notifications of equipment needs.

Staff is friendly, gym is really clean compared to other PF's I've been to (no hair/dust bunnies rolling around) and the machines are almost always working. Could use another butterfly machine though :) And can the owner of the strip mall trim the hedges? Can't see anything.
