Assistant General Manager Eric Shade is an exceptional representative of Planet Fitness. I have the pleasure of observing Mr. Eric Shade in his daily onteraction with members of Planet Fitness. Mr. Shade is always welcoming and attentive to member, staff and myself. I recently needed to obtain a copy of my Planet Fitness membership contract. The printer was inoperable and or having technical difficulties. Eric worked dilligently on correcting the problem. After several attempts to figure out a way that he could format the contract and email me a document that I could properly format and print, Eric succeeded. It was a process that took a few days of communicating bank and forth. I can't stress enough that throughout the time it took I was always confident and pleased with Eric's "follow-up" with me. Mr. Eric Shade is an asset to the Planet Fitnss Team! Thank you sincerely. Kenny

I’ve been to planet fitness gyms around the country and I find this one to be very pleasant. At 68 I guess I’m an old man, but I was pleased to see many people around my age enjoying their workout. The place was clean, cool and welcoming. I was able to get a Hydro massage after my workout and relax in the cool air. I’ll probably be back tomorrow.
