Rarely crowded - equipment is always open/available. It is exceptionally clean, staff are particularly friendly, and members are always respectful. I have never seen poor behavior or gym etiquette.
Logan made the visit very helpful yesterday by explaining the Planet Fitness business model to me after my switching to your gym from a different health club that I was at for 25 years (Delnor Fitness Center). Logan was able to help me use the LED booth after I saw him cleaning some equipment and flagged him down for assistance. He was all alone and from what I observe nearly daily is that there’s a scheduling/staffing problem at this location. Too many people working out and coming in for the one employee to possibly handle in a timely fashion.
I would like to suggest that corporate consider adding another employee to the schedule so that the front desk attention on the members doesn’t suffer when the one and only employee on your schedule has to do some cleaning up in a locker room, for example, and that leaves the front desk area empty for too long, too often.
The staff is great. Love seeing Drew every morning. Can’t wait for Elton to get back. Glad he made a full recovery. I will keep on him about his diet, no more junk or unhealthy food.
My wife was confronted by a Patron at Planet Fitness and verbally harassed. She has not gone back since. We received two calls from your facility concerning the incident. Your representative was very through and understanding. We knew that without a name not much could be done. We were pleased with the follow up.
