1) the facility is always clean 2) the equipment always (almost always) is in working condition 3) the co-workers are very pleasant 4) the customers that are attracted to the facility are friendly and amiable (no lunks). 5) massage tables, tanning beds, red lights are great to have at the facility 6) hours are convenient 7) price is fair

The last time I submitted a review for the St Charles Illinois Planet Fitness, I was confronted and made to feel very uncomfortable by the overnight employee about my review, which was an honest review about what I saw on a daily basis at the club I choose to work out daily at. I always assumed these reviews would be kept private and my response would be anonymous. Unfortunately it was not kept anonymous and for managements eyes only to do what they want to do with my review.
