Equipment is beyond clean with friendly staff 24/7 it doesn’t feel at all like a judgement zone everyone locks in and understands the similar grind for self improvement, would suggest getting new equipment I’ve seen other pf get to make up for no free weights beside that I love my membership it’s my first of plenty years

Although the dumbbells only go up to 75ibs and I’m often on busy days waiting for machines. PF makes up for with their staff. They are very welcoming and all around friendly people!

The staff so friendly & social. You come in & check in. I'll sit there and chat with them for like 5 or 10 minutes. Very peaceful. I'll go work out and they'll pop up while cleaning and I'll talk with them a little bit. Ill ask how much you can bench. Very great staff. They keep everything clean. Great management. I can go to go Aurora on lake st which is closer but I refuse and come to St Charles for the experience from them. I have 2 different gym memberships & continue here at Saint Charles. If I wasn't too old. I get a job. Great environment & people.

Cleanliness and friendly staff.Wish Planet fitness would not allow high school kids before 10 or 11 am.It is so difficult for adults to get our workout in with the crowd of kids😔Very intrusive
