The last time I visited the St Charles location, I left a review that some of the equipment was worn out. Staff followed up with me to ask what equipment and what was wrong. They fixed the issues (worn seat covers on the machines). When was the last time your feedback mattered?! I’m impressed with the customer care and willingness to improve.
