I love your staff, especially Rayne. I think she should be the manager! The other gal seemed less friendly and approachable. Rayne was happy to refund my defective Skullcandy headphones, yet the manager made it very unpleasant.

I liked this location. Planet fitnesses in general need to start renting out larger spaces though. People with memberships are actually going to the gym now, so more space is needed.

Clean, friendly employees, but most of all, grateful ac kicked on cooler- midway thru my sweaty workout -making me feel seen. So often it’s not cool enough starting out,for this menopausal lady. Which I understand bc most girls tend to be cold, unlike me and the guys.
