This was my go-to gym. I'm positioned roughly equidistant from three different Planet Fitness locations, but despite the other two being slightly nearer and open 24/7, the layout of the Sibley location, the quality and cleanliness of equipment (especially the Precor treadmills, which are being replaced at other gyms but are far more accommodating for taller users), and your outstanding staff made Sibley my gym of choice. My one complaint is that in recent weeks multiple tv screens are locked onto FOX News, with no alternative news programming, which can make hour long cardio sessions more uncomfortable than they need to be. This is no small issue-- I come to the gym to escape the tensions of politicized news, and to reconnect myself with a community of individuals who are all working toward the same goals: to look, feel, and perform better. Incendiary news programming aiming to please one half of your clientele by insulting the other half is a bit of a drag, and hard to entirely turn away from when it is projected across multiple screens. Local news is appreciated, but national partisan networks on either side of the continuum are unnecessary, and make cardio workouts more difficult than they need to be. I will admit that it has been a significant enough distraction that I have moved my workouts to other branches in recent weeks.

The staff is always so friendly and kind. I never leave this gym without a smile on my face! The facilities are extremely clean and well-kept, and the equipment is always working properly. There have only been 2 occasions in the past 6 months where a machine was out of order and I couldn't use it. Big shout-out to Benji, my favorite desk staff!

The equipment is good quality and there are multiple machines, so less likelihood of having to wait for one to become available during busy times.
I like the combination of machine lines, like Precor and Hammer, my favorite. And that there's equipment like the bench press machine for people like me who prefer it over a typical bench or a Smith machine.
I also like how the abs/core section is its own room.
Lockers/bathrooms are clean and close by. Also the abundance of cardio equipment, too.
Staff is very friendly and prioritize you over sales numbers (unlike at L.A. Fitness, where all they care about is signing people up). I had no problem using my day pass before getting a membership at PF.
The Sibley location just has a friendly, accessible vibe and isn't an intimidating environment like a lot of bodybuilding places I've tried and walked away from. I go to the gym more often now and just feel more motivated to do so.
