Although I went in to cancel my membership due to the distance… moved. The attendant was very professional, polite and friendly. I commended him on his service.

My experience at Planet Fitness has been wonderful. I love the way that I can workout without having to worry about my looks, if anyone is looking, if I'm doing something wrong, or if I'm simply being me. These are all great! I also enjoy the waterbeds, massage chairs, and at times the red light therapy. I couldn't ask for more for my money's worth!

Satisfied with the customer service!

Facilities are clean and good for what i need. The only thing reason it's not 10 is because some of the QR codes and stickers on the machines are ripped off or unusable, and there aren't any signs saying the bikes and some treadmills require you to start using them before they turn on, which is confusing for someone who's never used them before.
