I like the atmosphere at this location, it quiet enough that you’re not waiting for equipment, but not deserted by any means. The staff is helpful and friendly and the gym seems to be cleaned well and often. The one gripe I could have is the lack of barbells and squat racks in favour of smith machines, but that’s par for the course for a big box gym such as this. I really like the black card membership and using the Body Enhancement system before my workouts to warm up, and a session in the hydro massage or the massage chair to end it. For the price, I don’t think the benefits can be beat. I’m really enjoying my experience so far.

How friendly the staff, the other gym members are and also just how clean the gym is. The fact that with a black card membership you get to have massages and tanning plus extras it honestly is the best thing ever. My husband and I love it!

Awesome staff, great experience. Brittany and Becca are always so welcoming, as are the other staff. Frequency of broken down equipment and the tiem it takes to fix it is less than ideal and quite disappointing.

Staff are very pleasant I enjoy going to planet fitness for the variety of equipment, tanning areas and hydro beds, I do wish you had more butterfly machines, I think that's what they're called. I do enjoy going to planet fitness and a big plus for me would be a planet fitness bag for all new subscribers so we can advertise how great this facility is to other people, I do notice other gyms do the same I'm just wondering why planet fitness does not have this setup or as a compliment for using planet fitness. I myself would appreciate a planet fitness gym bag.
