While our experience is quite limited, I want to say how positive and professional the management staff was along the way and just two days ago in closing out our membership. We had to forgo our prepaid membership before we got to use any of it. Sam was both professional and competent in handling the processing of the credit.

Hours of operation are great. Desk staff at State College are very helpful and personable. Cardio and core equipment is plentiful. Weight machines are great. Free weight availability has improved.

The equipment layout at State College is "user friendly". I don't ever feel as though I am too close to another customer. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. They were helpful to me by explaining how I can change my "home" gym from James Island, SC to State College. A customer can exercise in a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you.
