Great friendly staff. Equipment is maintained well for the ,most part. Clean environment. Friendly people working out around you. One thing I would complain about is that the black card special equipment is rather dated. The massage chairs are old and fairly uncomfortable. Would love to see them updated.

Every time I come in every worker is so welcoming and when you leave they say “have a good one!” Or “have a good night” etc etc. One time I had to ask one of the girls to watch my stuff for just a second so I could run to the locker room and she did not take her eyes off of my stuff. Employees and the atmosphere are tremendous!!

I love the hydro massage and also the different machines and the ease of use. What I don’t like is the patrons who sit on the machines with their phones and are not working out but keeping other people from working out
