Their no judgement policy. Really good introduction to the gym during orientation. I like the cardio and weight lifting machine. Also the greeting I receive coming and going. Can’t forget the Tootsie roll mini treats. Thanks for having such a nice place to work out.

At times the place is now too crowded since LA Fitness closed its doors and PF took on their old members. More importantly, a workout club should be cool. The temp year round is always too warm Please lower the temp 5 degrees especially in the summer!! LED light above abdominal machine is still out after two years. They finally fixed thew larger light a few months ago. Lastly, adding a bank of small lockers like the YMCA in Woodbury or the former LA Fitness had so I do not have to drag my cell phone and keys to every piece of equipment. These small lockers with a 4-digit combo work great for this purpose.

I live close by but don't use it as much as I should. I like the hours. I like that you have a LOT of equipment so many people can use it at the same time. I love your tanning and massage things. I will say that when I'm there, I rarely see the staff cleaning anything, which is not good in the winter when salt, sand, and snow get dragged in. They just stand around and chat.
