It’s very clean. Staff is friendly. The other clientele is also a plus, they seem to like being there aw well. I don’t feel unsafe. I’ve mainly gone to Maplewood and I always feel uneasy. Even their water fountains taste off. I will continue to use Stillwater location.
The cleanliness and variety of the equipment. The friendliness of the employees. The fact that it is usually not very crowded when I work out.
I would like the staff to stress to equipment users that they should not sit on equipment between sets so others can use it.
I would like there to be a policy on inappropriate clothing. Recently a person using the free weights was wearing a shirt that had the words SH** and F*** on it. When I asked staff if there was a policy on inappropriate language on clothing they said no.
To their credit they approached the wearer of the t-shirt and asked him to turn in inside out, which he did.
I can walk in, get my workout in, and everyone is polite. Equipment is clean, in working order, and available.
The only thing I wish there was are workout towels. Small towels that I could use during my workout and turn in at the end.
Clean environment. Large number of workout equipment available. Staff friendliness and helpfulness. Choice of wonderful massage chairs and beds for after workouts.
The Hudson Wisconsin facility is very nice. Always welcoming. Mike (mornings) keeps the place spotless and is always friendly and truly represents PF in a professional manner
I wish my club was open until 9 or 10 on the weekends, as that is when life is calm and I often want to go (Saturday/ Sunday).
Staff can occasionally be hard to find. I'm not sure they are always easily identifiable (not a uniform shirt?) Or they are somewhere that I can't be (men's locker room?). There have been a few times that I couldn't find them to assign a massage chair for about 10 minutes.
Otherwise, I really enjoy it.
I've had some concerns in the past, which were similar to others(friends) that I have talked to. After reaching out to the regional manager, and actually getting a positive response, I'm pretty happy with the changes. All the help has been very friendly, and accommodating, mostly being reasonable during slow times for the Balck card member benefits. The team leader Stephanie gets two thumbs up for really being on top of things. She is a little busy bee, and is always doing something to make the experience great; she is a true asset to PF. I hope that it continues.
