I love the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is always very polite and helpful. The music played is the right volume for me to hear my music and enjoy my workout. The one complaint that I have is MSNBC is not displayed for viewing!!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful, when needed. Plus they keep the facilities very clean, which I appreciate. It's rare that equipment is in need of repair, and there is always sufficient amount of workout equipment so that you don't have to wait to use a particular apparatus.
