I workout early in the morning employee's at the front desk ate nice and available to answer questions and turn on the VIP machines. Prior there was a time (before the people you have hired now) that would be asleep or you could not find them in the early morning, This has never happened with the staff you have now, Also, the machines are working and if they break then are fixed quickly. However, not so sure how useful the tanning rooms are and I would prefer something else that everyone could use.
