I love this gym location. They have plenty of equipment, you NEVER have to wait for a machine (unlike other locations). Gym is always super clean and I never have to wait for Black Card Spa services.

Love coming here. It is always clean and welcoming. Staff is always very friendly and engaged in being there. I really wish you had incentives for existing members to upgrade to the black card package; perhaps something less than what anyone else can access. That would make a lot of us upgrade to black card.
