Having been a member of several gyms over the years as well as a Black Card member of PF since 2017 I have had the opportunity to interact with many locations & the staff. The Stuart staff is absolutely exceptional. They make the gym experience very positive & engaging...friendly, responsive, considerate, and they seem genuinely happy to greet me. My interactions with Elkin, Justin, Will, Charles, Caylee, Alexandria Nicole, who are very welcoming making my gym experience that much better. There are many gyms, but this staff adds that little extra intangible and I appreciate that.

GOOD TO GREAT EQUIPMENT (a little improvement like a stackable stepper for smith machine hip thrust And on the smith machine mark the middle) those are just my wishes if not I understand but PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU The ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING CLEAN SMELLS GOOD AND IS VERY EYE APPEALING NOTHING THERE TO COMPLAIN OR IMPROVE ON EMPLOYEES ARE OK NOT INTERACTIVE OR PARTICULARLY NICE AND SOME ARE WEIRD OR CREEPY AT TIMES COULD HAVE MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS THEY NEED ENERGY AND TO BE HONEST MORE VIGILANT A LOT OF RULE BREAKING FROM OTHER MEMBERS BLACK CARD AREA IS AMAZING TO LOOK AND BE A PART OF NO COMPLAINTS OR IMPROVEMENTS JUST PERFECT ONLY OTHER COMPLAINT ITS NOT 24/7 PLEASE CONSIDER TO BRING BACK THE BEST GYM EVER FOR BEGINNERS TO PRO GYM GOERS

I came in with two blisters that I needed bandages for. Alexandria (I hope I got her name right) was very nice, made me laugh, and got me bandages. I was able to make it through my workout with no pain. This is the cleanest Planet Fitness I’ve been to and the people that go there are very respectful. I had bad experiences at another gym where there were influencers live streaming their workouts or taking progress photos in the changing room. It’s the opposite at the Stuart gym. The machines are clean and always in working order. I make the extra 30 minute drive even when I’m off work to go there. I cannot recommend this gym enough.

Everything , With the “exception” of excessive, heavy metal , head banging music , loudly. In Am - afternoon - evening- your facility plays a higher percentage of Above music more then any other type . Look it up , change the music format .
