The staff is ALWAYS kind, aware, greets us, is patient, handles things quickly, and never pushes for any extras. Gyms are largely the same everywhere, so the key difference in guest experience is your staff. I already convinced my roommate to sign up with y'all (she did) and tell anyone that asks where a good gym is that you guys are IT. I have been a 24 hour fitness member since 2007 and have seen steady declines in equipment care, pricing deception, utterly checked out staff members, and generally seeming annoyed at the patrons of the gym who (for the record) keep the lights on at their job. Your staff/leadership seem to get the fact that we come into your location keeps them employed. It's seemingly simple, but it is lost on so many different businesses. I have 3 gyms that are physically closer to me and I CHOOSE to come to your location because of what I said above.
Less people, more respectful high end members, the only issue (my opinion) is, I wish they would have a second butterfly machine that works out the chest and back. Its always in use and most folks stay on the machine longer than others. In Addition, another leg extension and hamstring machine would be ideal. That was the perks at the Planet Fitness located on Laurel Canyon Ave, North Hollywood.
Staff is super friendly and almost always say hello and goodbye when coming and going. It’s very clean and I love the TBE and tanning area of the black card area
great parking ( feels safe ) easy in easy out terrific staff friendly and helpful new equipment clean and tidy the black card amenities are also a very nice addition. I have referred people here several times including my wife so, job well done !
