Convenient location, friendly staff and seemingly clean. Would like to have some additional benches, the ones in front of the dumbbells. Another cable rack station would also be helpful. These locations are the busiest during peak hours. Would also like PF to find a way to deter people from sitting on equipment while they scroll their phones, Very annoying otherwise usually a good experience.

I love the layout, the ease of use, the QR codes on machines (which I haven't scanned yet), the cleanliness of the bathroom/changing area, and the experience yesterday of my first hydromassage post workout. I do NOT love that the helpful and cheery staff member that registered me may have messed up my referral from my PF-attending wife and the discount associated with that. I do NOT love that the manager that I met yesterday treated my concerns in a way that was a bit too dismissive and smug for me. It made me feel like I was a bothersome beggar. The manager also may have overcharged me for my first drink, given the new prices posted on the vending machine. I love the gym, the price, and the community. The jury is out on the staff of the Sturbridge location so far for me, but I am optimistic, especially because I get along great with most people and because the more I visit, the less questions that I'll have for any staff members. This is a disappointing initial impression to have, especially where I'm "a people person", but it currently doesn't feel like a deal-breaking part of the equation for why the PF Black membership is a good fit for me.
