I like the fact that my planet fitness is not crowded. Also like the equipment which is fairly new. And best of all the staff is excellent, the bathrooms are clean and there's always plenty of solution and towels to wipe down equipment after use.

We love the staff!!!! Everyone is so friendly and always takes time to talk with us. Some members tie up machines for lomg periods of time with bringing over weights doing multible exceriers during the peak hour of 5 to 6pm. I myself am getting frustrated with this and I notice other members as well getting upset and saying the same. Staff need to stop this. Staff have walked by them. Thank you. So kindly.

Honestly some are a hit and others just not inviting. I feel like there should be a starting section and you won’t get judged. Staff at the closest to me was not helpful or inviting. I have arthritis so most of the equipment is catered to those who are in shape or to no physical disabilities. The gym is good for the money. I just need to have water to workout in.
