I really love the crowd, however I have noticed that there are always people sitting at the equipment and not using them but on their phones... but that's not your fault, but there should be signs. Your staff is super helpful and it's very clean.

I would like to recognize all of The following folks, Manager, Sam, Assistant Managers, Andrea, Brianna and Aiyana along with the incredible MSRs, Jay, Gigi, Kenneth, Rey, Daniela, Jackson, Manny, Rico and Jasmine at the Swanway Plaza location they perform paramount recognizable cleaning efforts, administrative duties, meeting and greeting folks in the gym all of this without missing a heartbeat. Their efforts have contributed nothing but the utmost success for a smooth, professional Planet Fitness operation at this location. They are and will continue to be key players to elevate and set benchmarks for other Planet Fitness locations to aspire and attain to. The communications between these folks is unmatched, they all know what needs to be done to keep “my” gym in perfect condition. The Team's efforts have contributed nothing but the utmost success for the gym’s outstanding operations and probably have increased membership by having beyond reproach customer service skills. Each person displays and brings to work a motivating, self-starting attitude with a dedication to their duties which demonstrates a highly valued employee of PF. These folks are very adaptive, motivated, and consummate professionals which have made their mark in the sand by being self-starters with an inspirational leader(s) that have a strong moral fiber, and are respected by all. All true professionals in every sense of the word, a force multiplier by synchronizing staffing duties! Great work!
