This location meets my standards for mid-grade pf, which is super great because I nearly canceled my account because my nearest pf is super low-grade... super low. Plenty amenities, good customer service, pretty clean but could use actual paper towel dispensers and an offer to give a tour after they take my picture for my membership. Havent seen the bathrooms yet. I would also appreciate more core focused variety in the core and stretching room. One pf Ive used had a total body type sliding machine that uses the incline to change resistance levels; bring that here please?

Hours, cleanliness, tanning, variety of TV channels, variety of machines One thing I don't like is the loud announcements about the parking lot being watched. I live nearby and those are quite annoying.

I've been to the PF in Lacey and your place is far nicer. The layout is way better and spacious and the machines aren't stacked on top of each other like in Lacey. The dumbbell area is spacious with plenty of room to workout. There are a lot of mirrors and I like how the lights in the main area are dimmed (it makes it a lot more calming and peaceful). The staff is nice and the bathrooms are clean. It's the nicest gym I've ever been to.
