It’s low stress and has normal people and I don’t have to wait to get on the equipment in need. Plus the hydro massage lounges and beds are a huge bonus!!
The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and have all the equipment I need to exercise. I also have appreciated the tanning booths and massage chairs.
It is a great place.
Easy access, no contract. Great blessings to have medicare plans that offer help so l can stay healthy on a social security pay. Friendly staff, love the hydro water message bed. And facility's are always clean

The second problem I have noticed just about every time I come in is that there are those that spend more time on their ph.'s while hogging the machines BUT not as bad as the YMCA, :0)
Now the first problem, I know, it's me and deal with it, is the response. But it isn't just me for I have been asking dozen's of people off and on for a long time and I receive the same response. No one likes that dang radio. One, it's load, people have to speak over it, especially in the locker room, when it is 1/10th the size of the building. Most people have there own music, via their ph.. and, as myself, I wear a headset to offset the radio. I understand where it is a gimme to have music for the members to work out with but simply it is not needed in this environment of PF. I have an idea, shut the radio off for a week and see how many members complain. Very few or any at all is my guess. However if it is totally unthinkable to remove/shut off the radio at least turn it down a few notches?
Otherwise as a member I have been treated very professionally and very kindly. Absolutely no attitudes behind the counter, just good people all around.:0)

PS. Sorry but have another complaint, but being a past safety officer, last employment. I just have to say something on this. There is a member that has been reported before and the only reason I am saying something now is because it is a serious safety problem and he still is doing it. This gentleman likes to fly off the pull up machine backwards and someone easily can be walking by and get seriously hurt. He jumps up and does a pull up then he swings backwards to leap off the machine and lands about 8-10 ft. back well in the path of others. That is just plain a no no, a safety violation as I ever seen one.
We need more lower I’m hand weights. We need more sets of five, eight, 10, 12, and 15 pound hand weights.
Especially eight and 12 pounds
Both men and women are using the lower hand weights. Women have a really tough time using the many many heavy hand weights that are in the gym, 90% of us want to use lower weights.
Today, most of the lower weights were being used by men and women. It was very difficult to get the lower hand weights today, and most days.
