the gym was never too busy at any time i went. people kept to themselves and focused on their workout, staff is friendly. place is clean, locker room has plenty of space and there’s lots of stairclimbers and treadmills so i never had to wait for one of those

The male associates at the desk are friendly. The younger female associate is not friendly at all. Even though the drive is further, I prefer going to the Nashua location because the parking lot feels a lot brighter and safer when you go in the evening.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful on site. They maintain an environment that feels clean and safe for all. However I would ask that they find a better way of ensuring people aren't mis-using the 30 minute circuit room. Most times I go in there my circuit is interrupted by members who only go into the room to hand pick specific machines to use throwing off my workout.
