The employee there named Taylor (I do not know her last name) keeps the environment spotlessly clean and is always courteous and helpful. She is usually working on M, W and F mornings when I go to the gym. I have noticed that when she is not present, the bathroom (women's) and exercise area are not as clean, so I appreciate her hard work to keep the facility in such good order. She is literally always working, always busy. I hope her work ethic and commitment to excellence are being noted and rewarded by her supervisors!!

Machines and equipment are first class. We especially like the operating philosophy of the company. Everyone has been very helpful and attentive when necessary. Hours of operation are very generous.

I enjoy all of the things that Planet Fitness offers . I especially like red light therapy. I wish I didn’t have to pay more for things like massage chairs or red light therapy but I use it and I’m grateful for it. I do wish it was easier to find someone to turn on the time for red light therapy and massage but sometimes I don’t see a worker nearby. Thankfully it’s not too frequent. The problem is I don’t know where to begin to look for someone when I don’t see anyone.

I recently signed up for planet fitness with my Medicare advantage insurance. I absolutely love this gym! It’s clean, the employees are superb, they have all the things needed to get into shape. Definitely would recommend planet fitness
