Generally, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, spacious, not overly crowded, with friendly staff. Room for improvement: staff idle time (clearly observed) should be used to *continually* clean, restock consumables like paper towels, reorganize free weights, and check functions of equipment...not wait for complaints.
