I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize and clarify a previous poor review I left. I was having a really tough day and, unfortunately, took it out on the wrong people. The staff at Planet Fitness didn’t deserve that—quite the opposite, in fact. They handled my issue with kindness, professionalism, and complete understanding of my situation. They went above and beyond to resolve things and made me feel supported, even when I wasn’t at my best. The employees here are truly exceptional. They embody patience, empathy, and excellent customer service. Thank you for being the kind of people who treat others with grace and respect, no matter the circumstances. You made a difference that day, and I deeply appreciate it.
