The staff is friendly and helpful without being like a dutch brothers barista. The massage chairs are beyond. I literally go to the gym to earn massage chair time when I am not so motivated. The facility is always clean and well kept and I can find the machine I want 100% of the time with one exception in the weight section -- I would put the name but I cannot remember it. Thanks for making the gym such a non-intimdating and supportive experience. I have never been so consistent before.

Cleanliness, friendly staff. Equipment works. Close to where I live. Please consider adding the Game Show Network, QVC, HSN and TV land to the Cable lineup. There are lots of sports channels. Adding these, especially GSN would give non sports or reality tv watchers other options. Thanks.

I love it always clean and tidy. The gal that runs the class that uses the 30 min area is kind of rude. I was working out with a guest she told me to leave unless I was going to join the class. She didn't ask or inquire if I was almost she was just rude like I should know she was teaching a class. I was in the 30 min area at 6:40 am. Makes me not interested in any of her classes.

It's a clean, well-equipped gym. I never wait for equipment and it's always in service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I can accomplish 80 percent of what I want in a workout here.
