I like the warm greetings, the big open feel, using the equipment and not usually having to wait for a machine and after my workout I like to use the spa area to relax.
Employee Roxy greeted my daughter and I when we came to look at the gym. She is always friendly and professional. Demetrius is also always friendly polite and professional. He is always cleaning something which makes me feel more comfortable knowing that my gym is clean and hygienic.
I love the black card lounge to have a place to work on my paperwork at the end of my work day (I’m a hospice nurse and don’t have a regular office). So being able to use the space as my office (instead of a McDonald’s or Starbucks) is great! Then I can get a workout in after work! Such a game changer for my health and stress. After a long day of doing home visits for dying people, the gym is a great way to unwind.
I’ve only visited a few other PF locations so far, but to date none seems as welcoming or as well maintained as the Tigard Triangle location. To a person every member of the Tigard Triangle staff have been courtesy, helpful & professional.
The staff is fun and knowledgeable and hard working. The place is clean and kept well. The locker rooms have large stalls to accommodate larger people and disabled.
I adore Marci and her training classes! She is so welcome, friendly, focused and creates great trainings! She is the main reason that gets my butt in the gym!
I love the layout of the tigard planet fitness, mirrors in the middle, benches to the left, and the whole back has treadmills, machines and an express area. I love all the machines they have and all the patrons are nice, offering help and truly making sure there's no judgement
The staff and the Manager Garrett are good people. Also, no Pride Month banners or
paraphernalia. The Beaverton store off Murray is an example of what not to do.
Friendly, engaging and professional.
Place is always very clean. New equipment and building well maintained.
Always feel good going there to enjoy the environment.
Like the tredmills and other machines off Durham Road that allow for individual TV's on the equipment. Maybe equip all the new stores or replace the old ones' with individual TV options.
