I'm a fan of the place. It's clean and well run. I've given up asking for a change in the 'music' selections, but could you at least lower the volume? When the 'music' is so loud people raise their voices to speak over it and the whole place becomes quite noisy. thanks

It is inexpensive and has all the equipment I need. However, cell phone use is what dropped it from 10. People are inconsiderate. They sit at a machine that is the only one of that type and play with their phones for 15-20 minutes with a few reps in between. They seem not to understand that other members need the equipment. They can use the phones as long as they like, but not on machines that someone wants to use.

Very Likely. Here’s why. First thing I noticed was everyone, no matter how old or young, plus sized or petite, all had one thing in common: Getting Fit. I love seeing that. Since joining, I’ve noticed a change in my mindset and in my physique and I’m happy with the transformation. The words “Judgement Free Zone” on the wall helps in reminding me that I should be kinder to myself. I highly recommend signing up.

Great price. Friendly staff. If I plan my visit I can usually get the machines I use without much wait. My main complaint is the sewar gas smell in Women's change room/ shower/ toilet area.

The gym size is perfect, staff are very nice and friendly and it has a great service! So many devices and treadmills and cardio options that you never get bored of are left waiting.
