Love to use this gym. The one in the Lansdowne is my home location. That's where I go all the time. Everything is perfectly fine for me except the men's washroom. I don't know why the flushes runs automatically all the time which is a bit annoying sometimes. I hope it gets fixed soon.

The staff in the location I exercise daily ( almost daily ) are friendly . Especially the manager , she is very cheerful and it makes a big difference to start my day with a smiling face . Room for improvement is the equipment is out of service quite often and it takes a relatively long time to fix . Overall Planet Fitness offers value to my personal exerciser goal and I will recommend my friends and family to join Planet Fitness .
