I like just being able to show up, scan myself in, and work out. It's very little hassle and I appreciate that in a gym.
As someone who hasn't been to a gym in years, having an introduction to options at the gym, such as classes or trainers would be very appreciated.
LOVE the Gym. LOVE the Staff.
I do NOT like the 14 - 18 work out.
The Teens just SIT on the machines forever while on their phones, they don't wipe the equipment after use and they don't seem to respect the folks that pay.
In a specific note about my gym at Dufferin and Dupont.
I wish there was a "No Mask" policy. I'm uncomfortable when grown men work out in full balaclavas.
Planet Fitness is a beautiful gym. I’ve canceled and returned to this location. The staff at this location are very friendly, respectful, and polite, and also very welcoming. I remembered having a conversation with one of my friends about this gym and how convenient, calm, and respectful the environment is. I would definitely recommend more friends to this location.
Lots of equipment and staff regularly refilling the bottles at the cleaning stations. The locker rooms are kept presentable and I like the option to fill my water bottle at the fountain. Only complaint? Young people coming in groups and then sitting on the equipment while they socialize/play on their phones. Really? That's not what a gym's for.
Excelent. But some members like to use three or four doorbells in the same time. This is not right. Also, they should put them back on the rack designated for the weight.
Asides from the occasional jerk that you find at any gym, the locations I've been to are solid examples of what a gym should be. The equipment is ok and things are kept more or less clean and in working order. Whatever problem I've had has been with other gym goers, not the gym itself
