The latest equipment. Showers that deliver hot water. The "black card" amenities. Friendly staff. You're not asking, but I'm saying: Do better with screen/tv content: Have better options than use currently have now, cable shows, game shows, news channels (US included), sports, etc. Basically, allow customers more video options when using cardio equipment.

It is very easy & efficient to handle affairs at the Dupont location. The main piece that needs work at this location is staff being firm with guests monopolizing the machines in the circuit area in groups of 2 or 3 & resisting or preventing other guests from having access to those machines in circuit order.

Machines and equipment are maintained very well. There are a variety of machines to choose from . Staff are wonderful. People attending Planet Fitness are considerate to others. The facility is clean and well.kept. Hours of operation are excellent..
