I go to this particular planet fitness pretty often! I also tan at planet. Many times I’ve walked by the “total body enhancement” bed and haven’t given it a second thought. Tonight, chad asked me if I’ve ever tried it. Having had a particularly long day, I was definitely willing to try it, as he thoroughly explained all the benefits of it. What a cool experience! I started at the relaxing program; and progressed to the muscle enhancing one. It felt different at first. Then I realized how much it helped my lower back, where I carry a lot of tightness. Even my face felt the relaxing effects!!! I would’ve never tried this if chad had not educated me and made me feel comfortable. Now it will be a regular part of my routine!!!! Thank you 😊

It is a great place all around. Staff is friendly, equipment is well maintained and it is very clean. The massage chairs and Hydro massage beds are great after a workout and my wife really enjoyed the tanning beds.
