Clean, up to date equipment/machines, Most of All, I have only encountered kind and respectful staff, colleagues. I have been to other gyms in CT and out of staff. Staff, not all, but enough, are rude and present as being miserable with this job. Trumbull always patient, and willing to help. The Manager, Kat; absolutely awesome!

It all begins at the top. Since Kat has taken over she has been hands down the most welcoming, attentive to detail, organized and visible manager ever at the Trumbull facility. She never shies away from having a conversation or answering questions regarding updates to the gym. She takes pride and ownership in the overall appearance and its perception to all members. The staff that she has assembled take on her characteristics of professionalism and caring. The culture of members has changed due to Kat and she is determined to make PF a safe and welcoming gym for all. I look forward to continue seeing the transformation and updates to the gym facilities and its through Kat's shared leadership and vision of making the Trumbull PF a go to workout destination and top rated facility!
