Everything's fine but the music. The music is usually random selections and it plays super loud, especially in the part of the gym with the 30-minute circuit and the core exercise area. It's loud enough sometimes to where you can't hear your music even with noise cancelling. Nobody wants to hear the music, and everybody's wearing airpods and headphones. It's very annoying at 5:00am when I go.

I had a very nice experience the first time I worked out. Like many first timers I over did it. A worker at the gym put a bottle on the bench next to me. I thought was his. He said it was for me. I appreciated very much. I believe the fellow's name was Shaq.

Plenty of equipment, not crowded. Left the Dowd Y to come here and have been extremely pleased. PF is clean. Staff helpful. The door on Tryon is a bit confusing, because apparently the PF app QR code does not open that door. If the signs are there, then the QR code should work there.
