I work Uptown so location is very convenient and not too crowded when I go. There is one closer to my house I use some but it is always too crowded with tiktok creators to get a workout quickly.

The gym has a friendly and helpful staff. The equipment is in great working condition and it’s a safe place in Uptown to work out. It is clean and there’s usually no wait for a machine to work out on.
