Lots of machines and lots if perks like tanning, red light therapy, massage equipment. The staff are nice. The facility is clean. Could use more select machines like abductors, leg extention, leg press and their pairs. These machines have a waiting line to use them.

I came back to the gym after a few months off. Man, the gym is beautiful. They remodeled the men's bathroom and there are a lot of new equipment. It looks like during my few months off; there has been a complete facelift of the gym. The staff was always great at this location, but now, they're at a new level with the upgrades.

Really impressed by the manager - she was the first one I met when looking that’s why I chose the Irvington club. I like the new equipment, always feels safe and easy to move around, super clean - love the flotation massage lounge

The gym is clean and well maintained. Plenty of cardio machines. The addition of some new weight machines has been great. My partner joined because she felt comfortable and because of the massage table. I also lithe crowd meter so I can judge the best time for me to go.
