The new manager, Cisco, is a good guy. Very mature and personable. The team is all star too.....Becky, Ez, Austin, Emelio. This is probably the best team I've seen in my 10 years at this gym. However----we still don't have a clock. And most ridiculous-----we don't have a scale in men's locker room.

the customer service has been top notch. My experience with other Planet Fitness has been subpar, but Emilo has helped me with any issue I have had. He is a stellar memeber of your team. As well as, Austin. Austin assisted me in showing me how the machines work and has help me with attaining my goals in regards to my physical fitness. I could have achieved what I have so far without the team at Planet Fitness Tucson(Tucson Mall) Best investment into my self I could have made. Thank you.
