Annette is so sweet, outgoing & so positive every-time I see her! She also keeps the place very clean! Lonnie, is also so positive & has an uplifting demeanor. Very nice gym! I would recommend this gym for sure.

I go to the 91st and Memorial location....here are the things I like about it in no particular order: 1) cleanliness.....the staff is constantly cleaning and I appreciate that; 2) staff....they are super friendly; I would say most enjoy their job and being there; 3) I don't have to wait for a turn on a particular piece of equipment; they have plenty, especially the treadmills; :) 4) I like the complimentary wi-fi; 5) I enjoy the tvs and the channel variety; If I'm watching a game or news event I can go walk and watch it there; 6) The hours and location are convenient for me 7) most of the people that go daily are friendly Overall, it's just an enjoyable experience!

The workers are friendly and greeting. I always see someone out and about on the floor cleaning and refilling the sanitizing bottles. The machines seem to be well kept and operational. Tho there are not free weight bench presses and squat racks you have plenty of alternatives via dumbbells, smith machines, and cable/pulley machines. It's also quiet, low key and comfortable. They have multiple tv's to watch that you can tune into while your doing your treadmill or elliptical. I also like the purple and black theme colors as it is soothing (at least to me). Lastly, the cost is great. I think Planet fitness is a very good gym and is a great fit for mine and my wife's fitness needs.

AWESOME BATHROOM SHOWERING CHANGING ROOM FOR MEN!!! THE SHOWERS AT THE FACILITY ON ELM IN BROKEN ARROW IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THE ELM LOCATION IS MY HOME CLUB AND I WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL IT IS UPDATED!!
