The club is always clean and spotless. Great equipment to use. I like to stop by on my way home from work to walk on the treadmill as I am working toward goals of better health and weight loss. I plug in my headphones and can watch the news as I walk. Staff is always helpful and friendly!

Well maintained and a wide variety of workout equipment for a reasonable price. Make sure you take advantage of the free personal trainer Jason knows what he's doing. Staff is always friendly, equipment is always clean. I've been going for a few years now and have no complaints. Can be busy after 5:00

I really like the re-design of the Admiral location, they removed some equipment and reorganized the layout. It is much easier to move around and looks a lot less cluttered. Great job.

I appreciated a clean and welcoming fitness center. There were plenty of machines so even when I came during a busier time, I did not have to wait long for the machine I wanted to use next.
