I experienced an issue in spa and before I had time to return the call from PF the issue was resolved. Christina went extremely out of her way to help me resolve the issue today. She knew the ins and outs of each spa service and beds as well as PRODUCTS which in very uncommon for a gym. Give that girl a raise she knew her products and that's a big deal because that is PF only time to make money from the spa. Plus the products were affordable. The issue was I encountered an new employee that hadn't been fully trained (most likely) on the red light therapy/beauty angle/total body something.
