On my initial experience was not pleasant due to a worker at the counter acting as if he couldn’t be bothered with answering questions or giving a smile, which is somewhat unorthodox given his position behind the counter. I had a conversation with the general manager about this, and he was well receptive and genuinely concerned. Every visit since then has been very pleasant. The facility is well maintained, and other workers are pleasant to interact with.
