The manager is very accommodating and helped me out with a lot of issues that I was having his name is Ben he's a fantastic manager I feel like I don't have to be nervous walking in there because of their no bullying policy it's always very clean I go to the one the district in Tustin I really like Planet Fitness very clean very helpful staff

Music is not too loud compared to other Planet Fitness locations. The decibles can be off the charts and is not healthy. The interior has more light and is not dark with the weird strobe lighting in many locations. I see employees actually cleaning the equipment that I have rarely seen at other locations. Genuinely friendly employees, vs. I'm paid to be friendly. There is a difference. More equipment than most other locations. I only miss kettle bells, but work with the 55* pound dumbells to do my squats.
