I like the amount and variety of equipment you have at my Tustin gym BUT don't like that you give all youth of age to come in all summer and use any of the equipment. That definitely ruins our workout for us regulars when we can't get to our usual equipment plus it's free all summer for them.

I love the team: Rori, Alberto, Kenia, Ben, Daniel, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch of others are all super welcoming. This is also the cleanest gym in SoCal. All for $10 a month? Can't imagine why I'd ever cancel my membership.

Since my last survey, I have noticed that the Tustin location has improved dramatically. The machines are much better, no ripped cushions, accessories are readily available and front office staff has been better. Thank you for replying to my prior feedback and I am happy to see the improvements made. Thank you!
