I really enjoy the welcoming and non-intimidating environment at Planet Fitness in Union City. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the gym is kept clean and well-maintained. I locked my keys in the locker, and I alerted Ayden who went and got his fellow team member JaDore, and they came quickly in assisting me with getting into my locker. They were pleasant, and extremely helpful. Also, when I mentioned to the manager Anthony, they had helped me, he was really friendly and happy to know that I was had a great experience with his team. This team customer service is always top notch at this location!
