I enjoy the space and the staff. I'm not too happy with all the newer machines, they seem to break down often and takes a minute to have fixed. The staff in the morning are pretty incredible!! The red light therapy units are awesome! I like the variety, this location is my favorite of all the ones I've worked out at.

Kendra and Renee warmly greeted us, were pleasant and helpful. We are Black card members and use PF clubs in San Diego, Naples, FL, Arlington, Iowa, Lake Havasu, AZ, Eagan, MN and others. This location is by far the cleanest facility we’ve used. The equipment we used was all in excellent condition. The bathrooms were clean. The energy here was so positive! Overall the best club we’ve been in. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Great customer service (professional, friendly, helpful staff) inviting and encouraging. Clean facility throughout with access to cleaning supplies available for members to use before and after use of equipment. Access to media. Black Card privileges (visit other clubs, bring a friend). Reasonable membership cost.

Now that more people seem to be aware that, in the express workout area, if I am doing the routine, they will clear a machine when it’s my turn or before, I have less anxiety about coming to do the routine and enjoy it a whole lot more. The 30 minute routine was the primary reason I came to the gym, as well as the main reason that I stay.
