Kendra is so helpful with in teaching the machines, especially total body enhancement. People person I feel comfortable being in the gym now.

I like that it’s spacious and not too crowded, it’s family oriented and has variety and diversity of people, it’s clean most of the time and staff is overall friendly.- The things I do not like is seeing plastic water bottles in the garbage all the time, people are too irresponsible and ignorant and don’t recycle (we need to take care of the planet and the environment, to me this is very important !), so can we have more recycle bins at least one on each bathroom and in other areas near garbage cans?, please !. - Also, I would love it if you offer classes too, if you had yoga classes in the evenings and/or weekends I would be willing to pay more for my membership and I would recommend it to people. :)
