It’s never too crowded. Although in the evening it can get a little heavy. Very friendly staff which I appreciate. The only thing I don’t like is watching people just get off their machines all sweaty and not wipe them down. So I wipe it down before and after. Maybe you guys could put some stickers on the machine to remind people directly? That’s the only thing that I dislike but it’s just super easy to be up there and it’s close to my house and the price is right.

Kendra and Marley = the best part of the gym. They work nonstop and still manage to stay so positive

Kendra and Marley are absolute ROCKSTARS. Every time I come in, they’re hustling, cleaning, helping, and still manage to smile and say hi. This gym is better because of them!

If this gym had a Hall of Fame, Kendra and Marley would be in it. Every shift they’re giving 110% and still showing up with kindness and smiles.

Not a lot. I don’t go as often as others though I’m sure. I think it’s a good value for what is paid on a monthly basis.

The counter staff at the UP PF are really friendly and helpful. They always greet me when I enter and most of them remember my name. Other gyms I attended for years didn't give that sort of service. The staff also keep the gym very clean and weights are almost always where they are supposed to be. Great staff is why I prefer the UP PF over some of the other locations.
