The staff are very helpful, courteous, and friendly. They keep the place clean and when a machine breaks they see to it that it is repaired as quickly as possible. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the wide variety of workout and aerobic equipment at this site. They have what you need.

There are a wide variety of free weights and machines. Unfortunately, a number of machines are only one, which makes it difficult to use them when one person is sitting on the machine and spending more time checking his/her smart phone than actually exercising.
