First of all most important if you walk through the door to check in you're ALWAYS with a smile and a welcome. The staff in Urbana keep the gym incredibly clean. While walking from one workout station to another if you pass an associate, they always make eye contact and acknowledge you with a smile, nod of their head, and will even stop and have conversation if the gym member initiates it. When I first started my membership, September 27, 2024 I was not familiar with the equipment and anytime I had a question the question was answered detailed instruction. A huge shout out to Myles who took over as Manager after Quinn was promoted and moved north. You can sure tell his management skills mirror Quinn.

I love the fact it’s not overly crowded. If you desire space when working out, this is the one for you. I love its 24 hours so it’s time convenient. It’s quiet. Staff is friendly. It’s a mix crowd all ages but still not overcrowded (Big deal for me). Tanning booths, infrared station, massage stations, clean bathroom. Plenty of equipment. I do appreciate the whole body stretching area. And it does not break my wallet to get my body right not to mention I can bring a friend on the black card (HELLO) which is very important in my book. And oh yes.. close and safe parking.
