If I have an issue or concern they solve it
Recently someone was talking on their phone while on a machine. I mentioned it to a team member and they asked the member to stop and the person did.
In addition, the gym is always super clean and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to work out.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful if you have an issue. The gym is well kept and very clean and it has a nice variety of workout machines. The staff is very responsive to problems. Sometimes younger people fail to understand what the lunk alarm is at it's great to see the staff respond quickly and very politely I might add to improve everyone's workout experience. If I could add a larger room where the stretching machine and workout matts are located would be a welcome addition.

We've been very happy with Planet Fitness, from the easy process to sign up using our Medicare Advantage debit card from Health Alliance. The friendly staff and the facility is always spotlessly clean- albeit a bit chilly but that's understandable from the sweaty aspect of working out!
We like the 30 minute workout space- although we tend to take a bit more time as we bounce out of there to other machines. The step option for doing some cardio between machines is also a plus.
They could use another rear delt fly machine.... that one seems to get backed up with people sometimes having to wait. Especially when you get people that wait between sets and sit there messing with their phone. That gets a bit perplexing.
