My experience when I went to the Urbana, Planet Fitness was awesome but when I was at the champagne Planet Fitness, everything‘s great but I’ve been trying to cancel my sisters membership for months. I went in there the computers down or they say they put it in and I look and it’s still coming out I finally went there again last week when I realized it’s still coming out after was last month. They went there and they were supposed to cancel it. I went there and the computer was down again so the next day or so I went the next day I went to Planet Fitness in Urbana,. They took care of me right away so I had a better experience with Planet Fitness that I have with in Urbana,. Then I have with the one in champagne. I paid for months on a I still have my membership, but I had bought one for My Sister and she broke her foot and ankle and I told them immediately and we tried the website. We tried every way to cancel it. I paid for months you can look at her When she comes then she hasn’t been there for a month and months because she can’t hardly walk she had surgery plate screws all that but they’re putting an angle and I’ve been paying for months for nothing thank God for their Urbana,manager.

I appreciated getting a call from management to better understand my concerns. I feel like my space concerns were heard and taken seriously. In addition, I now understand the upcoming plans management has and the constraints for certain spaces in the gym. Management taking the time to explain these things to me helps me feel more confident visiting this gym again.

Distance, convenience, truly a judgement free zone.
Shout out to Wyatt, Assistant Manager, who was so helpful, kind and personable helping me cancel.
I cancelled my membership only because I'm not a gym person though I'd return for the winter months and weight training.
I'm a short person. Standing proudly at 5.2". Can PF consider having equipments that can be adjusted for people my height and shorter?

The facility is clean and not too crowded. However, some people sit on the machines checking their cell phones for a long time. Since some of the machines are only the only one in the gym, this prevents others from using them. There are no signs reminding patrons to limit or not use cell phones when exercising.
