So many exercise equipment to use, something to work out every part of your body, also you always stay cool, than you can look at TV while you are working out, I just love planet fitness
Just been my pleasure for a few years...great staff and always so polite and helpful...met and gained some wonderful new friends...life is happiness growing old with others doing the same thing...staying fit and enjoying life...thanks Planet Fitness
It's clean. Although ppl make an effort, it's hard to work out and constantly wipe stuff down with paper towels. Usually gym staff is just hanging out at the desk chatting, so to see them investing their time wiping the equipment is nice. Also noted is their friendliness. Good job. Also love the huge fans and many treadmills. No matter how busy, I know I'll get a walk in.
It would be nice to have a note of gym etiquette here and there, like, please don't sit on a machine for 15 minutes on your phone while you rest. Hop up and make the machine available for someone else to work a set.
Staff members are always very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
Raised curb on showers to keep water from getting all over the floor, mat, shoes, etc is much better than at some other clubs. Showers are kept clean and when drains get slow/clogged staff promptly fixes it. Showers have good water pressure and hot water and water heats up quickly.
Some other locations don't have all the machines I like and lack the Total Body Enhancement that the Valdosta location does have.
(Would love to see more TBEs though and having tanning beds that are super cancerous seems very at odds both with being a health club and having a "no lunks" concept.)
Love that this location is 24/7 other than some limited hours over holiday weekends. Some locations close way too early.
Also nice that parking is plentiful and grocery store right next door. My dream is for there to be a laundromat next door so I could knock out laundry while hitting the gym, shower, and Black Card spa features (and your vanlifer members would definitely love that, too).
