No Stress, No judgement , No drama. I feel right at home. The staff always greets you with a smile. The facility is alway clean. I have never committed to any exercise before being a senior , I was always scared to engage in a gym . I’m so happy that I started now I look forward going 3 days a week. I’m so happy I made the first step. I feel it helps with my mental and physical health. Thanks to John and Jason for all their help.
