Lori and Alfred do a wonderful job at the Venice location! They're both very friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable! My only request is that they work more shifts during the week (They're that amazing!) Whenever you come to the Planet Fitness in Venice and you see Lori and Alfred, you feel like you're part of the family! I've been to another gym before I came to Planet Fitness (YouFit) and you didn't feel like you fit in there. Here at Planet Fitness, you do! Please express our gratitude to Lori and Alfred for jobs consistently well done! They go over and above and ensure that the clients have a clean, friendly and enjoyable place to workout always! Thank you, Lori and Alfred! You two are a big part of why my wife and I enjoy Planet Fitness!

Love PF! The staff is terrific and helpful. My only concern has to do with guests who sit on a piece of equipment (with a coffee cup) only to be scrolling on their phones for an extended period of time and not working out. Perhaps PF could make some signs reminding guests of gym etiquette or have staff walking around checking things.

I like that the staff at the desk welcome me each mornings. Both Bree and Patrick (Venice FL location) are personable, friendly, and are encouraging! They are always available to answer any questions that I have about the equipment. The gym is clean and accessible almost 24/7 except for weekends.

Staff are very friendly and it's very clean. I really enjoy the 30 min. Workout! I just wish the members would utilize it correctly, it gets frustrating when people just jump on a machine when you are trying to use them in the order they are supposed to be.
