Would like to see more posting through our the gym telling people to get off their phone and just work out.
I realize management has to maintain a balance between friendliness and business, but some members spend endless time just sitting on the machines without use.
In spite of an incredibly crowded gym at times, I continue to like the no pressure feel and enjoy the way it has allowed a lot of people who before were too intimidated, to try out what a gym can do for them
I love all the equipment and the spa access. There is a seated leg curl machine that’s been broken for a few weeks. Since that leaves only one, it’s difficult to get on it. Also. There is always a wait for the one pec fly machine.
The new procedure to request the bar code sign in every time a black member requests a spa service is cumbersome, time consuming and makes members feel like they are in Fort Knox.
I checked in and the desk attendant required my photo. An hour later I needed to scan my bar code three different times. Seems excessive.
